Meditation is an alternative dispute resolution that offers a confidential, voluntary, and cost-effective alternative to traditional and costly litigation. The mediation process can assist individuals in reaching agreements with the help of a neutral and qualified mediator. Mediation empowers parties to take control of the resolution process, fostering open communication and collaboration. Unlike traditional legal battles, mediation prioritizes understanding and compromise, preserving relationships and promoting long-term solutions.

As part of Barroso Law’s ongoing commitment to providing premium family law services, we offer mediation services. Our attorney, Yanae M. Barroso, is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Mediator and collaboratively trained. Focusing exclusively on marital and family law, Ms. Barroso combines years of hands-on experience navigating complex family law matters to resolution with passion, dedication, and efficiency.

At Barroso Law, we recognize that every dispute is unique, and we tailor our methods to suit the specific needs and preferences of each client. We offer full—or half-day mediations, with a two-hour minimum. Mediations can be conducted in person (depending on location) or via Zoom.

Please note: In this setting, Ms. Barroso does not represent either party in her capacity as an attorney nor is she providing legal advice but rather serves as a neutral mediator assisting both parties to reach a resolution that is mutually beneficial for all parties involved.
